Booking Service (Optional Add-On)
If you prefer that I handle all reservations for your trip (including activities, hotels, transportation, and experiences) I offer a full booking service under the following conditions
Payment Terms
50% of the total trip cost must be paid upfront when confirming the booking service.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 60 days before departure.
Please note:
Non-refundable activities or services must be paid directly by the traveler (with my assistance), as these cannot be included in my advance payments.
If you choose the Full Booking Service, which includes handling reservations on your behalf, a supplement of 15% on the entire package is added. This reflects the additional coordination, management, and time dedicated to ensuring every detail of your trip is perfectly arranged. This services is provided with the technical direction of SIAM Viaggi Tour Operator.
Example
New York 6 nights and 7 days for two people: 300.- design fee (including 50.- for the call) + booking (hotels + 3 activities = i.e. 1000.-) = 1300+10%= 1430 CHF
Cancellation Policy for Trips Booked by Me
These conditions apply only when I personally manage the bookings for your trip (not when you book everything independently using my links).

Up to 60 days before departure:
The trip is fully refundable, except for the travel design fee, which is non-refundable. -
From 59 to 30 days before departure:
50% refund of all refundable services. -
Less than 30 days before departure:
No refund available.
Important Notes

Flights are never refundable, regardless of the timeline, as airline rules apply.

Activities, hotels, or services that offer no cancellation or refund options are fully non-refundable in all circumstances.

Refunds depend on each provider’s policy, and only refundable services can be reimbursed.
