
Terms and Conditions
​By booking a service with La Nomadette by Fabiola, you agree to the following terms:

1. Flights Once payment has been made, all flight bookings are non-refundable. In case of illness or inability to travel, the airline’s terms and conditions will apply. We do not provide refunds for missed or cancelled flights unless covered by the airline’s policy.

2. Ground Services All land-based services (including accommodations, transfers, guides, activities, etc.) are refundable under the following terms:

100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before departure

50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before departure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before departure

3. Group Trips Each group trip may have its own cancellation terms, which will be communicated in writing before booking.

4. Responsibility La Nomadette acts as a travel designer and intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers (e.g. flight changes, hotel closures, weather disruptions).

5. Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage.

6. Basic Coverage Each quote includes a base-level insurance policy, adjusted according to the nature and destination of the trip. Full details of the insurance coverage will be outlined in the final sales agreement provided prior to booking confirmation.

7. Changes and Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on this page.
